Countering the “Heavy Presh”

The team started learning/ practicing a new topic last night; techniques to counter the Bodylock pass. We’ve been hammering “bodylock”, “rugby tackle” and “smash” passes recently. These styles of passing create mega pressure on your opponents lower body and often result in improving position past the strong legs.

Now it’s time to have a look at the other side of the coin.
